How to Install a Font

After you download your font file (.ttf), installing it only takes a few seconds. Follow the instructions below depending on your device.

Install a Font on Mac

  1. Open your Downloads folder.
  2. Double-click the .ttf font file.
  3. The Font Book preview will open.
  4. Click Install Font.
  5. Your font will now appear in apps like Word, Canva, Figma, and Photoshop.

Install a Font on Windows

  1. Open your Downloads folder.
  2. Right-click the .ttf file.
  3. Click Install or Install for all users.
  4. The font will now appear in Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other apps.

Install a Font on iPad (GoodNotes)

To use your font in GoodNotes, the font must first be installed on your iPad.
